At Luxhux, we are committed to providing high-quality all-over printed clothing and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Since all items are shipped from our own inventory, we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds directly, so you can shop with confidence.
1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@luxhux.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will provide either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund if replacement is not possible.
2. Returns for Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect item (wrong product, design, or size):
-Email support@luxhux.com with your order number and photo of the item.
-We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.
3. Cancellations
-Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
-Contact us immediately at support@luxhux.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
-Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Process
-Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
-Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
-Exchanges are handled as a return + new order since each item is shipped from our inventory.
-Email support@luxhux.com to initiate the exchange process.
